Die for what you Commit!

Are you spending your quarantine time useless, unproductive? Waking up at 12 pm.Feeling more tired as you take sleep more.
Having back pain spending hours and hours on Instagram scrolling and hitting like on model pictures still feel empty that there is a task, purpose for you to fulfil.
Every day you wakeup it means, there is a reason that is why you woke up. Have you ever think of that.
if you are ennui (bored), want to be productive, creative and I bet if you do what you think you should do, you will be joyful and feel good, find yourself at a new level of self-worth and self-esteem. This article is not only for people in quarantine right now. it’s for every single person who is feeling that he/she is wasting time

Habit no 1:-Hey, listen clearly, sorry read carefullyππ. if you conquer this first quest. every next step will be easy-peasy. So here it is, go to bed at 10:00 pm or 11:00 pm and wake up at 6:00 am or 7:00 pm. after that do 15 min full body workout at home there are a lot of videos on youtube here is one check it out. Now you have started a new day.
you are in quarantine so definitely you don’t have to work unless you are a programmer or writer like me!. There are some other professions in which you can work from home.

Habit no 2:Find one thing that fills up your head with serotonin and dopamine. Wait if you didn’t get that, I am breaking it down for you. Serotonin is happiness fluid and dopamine is a pleasure chemical that releases in your head if you do whatever gives you pleasure.
I love to code, so whenever I code Dopamine is released and it gives me pleasure. you have to find one and start doing it.
like you might like playing table tennis, just random.
Habit no 3: commit and die for it. what I mean by that is, an average person can also set a goal it’s not difficult but to stand by your goals and work for it is infrequent in people.
A dream written down with a date becomes a goal. A goal broken down into steps becomes a plan. A plan backed by actions makes your dreams come true ~Greg Reid
this is what I want to say but Greg said earlier π never mind.

habit no 4: this is a bonus. Look around you all the people who outclassed and are successful. One common thing is that they read a lot of books.
an average number of books read by a CEO is 60 books per year, or five books each month.
“A reader lives a thousand lives before he dies”
Recently now I have complete “the subtle art of not giving a fuck by “Mark Manson”
conclusions:
- Wake up early.
2. Do what you love and don’t waste your time on social media.
3. die for what you commit.
4. develop a habit of reading books(bonus)
the best time spend is spent on books! ~HS
